in mid august the hubz and i took off on an over night trip to monterey.
it's beautiful wouldn't you agree?
the coastal air does a number on my hair.

i come from a family of golfers. when i was little we would take whole family vacations to golf spots.
the men would golf. the women and children would tour and play.
another must do while in this area is the 17 mile drive.
it's california at it's finest.

we have one in our town at the mall, however i do not do the mall.

i want to make a chandelier like this for my house.

we decided that this was our anniversary trip. our actual day is in september.
the fall is our busiest time of year with school and football, so we adjust and make it work.
this trip was a blast.

omgosh i am so behind. okay. my hair looks like that every day in the winter here. and i wanted a chandelier like that with mason jars and we researched how to make it and it was a no go. oh well. it was nice while it lasted. ;)
