BAAAHAHAHA!!!

i'm not sure why i think it's funny but i do!

maybe because he was dead serious...

2. at church wednesday night while i was drinking some piping hot coffee, my first born came up to me and flicked me in the neck with a coffee stir. i wasn't expecting it. i think i must of jumped 10 feet in the air and shrieked

"what the heck george" 

and spilled my coffee all over my vintage silk

wrap- skirt. did i mention it's vintage silk. yes it was a bad mommy moment! again vintage silk. it's dry clean only!!! anyway when i asked him why he did that he said " well you always say i don't play with you mom. so, i thought i'd play with you that's how i play with my friends. i didn't think you'd freak out!" ahhh, yes i've seen him playing with his friends that way a million times. yes, he is a flicker!

 BUT, DUDE!

3. jimmy is 10 and he thinks (lately) that if he throws a fit like a 2 year old he will get his way.

ummm.... NO! 

so this week while he was having a fit i picked him up like a 2 year old and put him in his room and shut the door. i told him not to come out until he was done.  i hear our alarm chime meaning a window or door was open. in this case it was a window...  

here's what happened jimmy opened his window took off the screen and jumped out. the next thing i know he's knocking on the sliding glass door with a huge "i'm proud of myself smile on his face" waving at me.

GRRRRR!!!!!

i really wanted to laugh. it was so un-2 year old. but i scolded him again and put him back in his room.

what i love about this child is he feels bad about his bad behavior pretty quickly and will tattle on himself. so when daddy came home from work he tattled on himself. i didn't have to do it!

i seriously wish i would have gotten out my camera and taken a picture of the screen on his floor.

4. my mom thinks she's smooth and sneaky. she's not we always find her out.

she has been talking about getting an english springer spaniel puppy. she talks about this 

all. the. time. 

so she tells me she found a litter in our town and currently there are only 2 litters in CA. she proceeds to tell us that she went to look at the pups but, isn't going to get one because they are expensive. were talking $700 +. well low and behold my husband works with the man who has these puppies and calls my hub after work and say your mother-in-law is getting one of our dogs. 

doesn't she know by now that MEN gossip way more than WOMEN! 

ALSO,

doesn't she know we live in the biggest little town in america.

EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR BUSINESS!!!
