that's not what this post is about.
we rent our home. from the start this house was only going to be short term. a place for us to live while we searched for our "forever home" however. it is taking a bit longer to find our "forever home." we moved into this home, with only the bare necessities. this house is tiny compared to what we were used. most of my pretties are in storage. and i haven't done much by way of decorating. but since this search is taking so long i decided it was time to embrace this lovely little home of ours and decorate.
i'm starting with the boys bathroom it's a tiny little space. tiny enough that i won't get overwhelmed. start small, is the name of this game. the only draw back to the boys bathroom is it's pink. yep you heard me P I N K. all original from 1952. what can i do with pink in a boys bathroom you ask. add a berry pink candle of course. the guys love that. NOT!
i decided that the color scheme i'm going with is black and white. i found this fab shower curtain at target for $19.99 it's my inspiration. i ordered this, but it's an odd size does anyone know where i can get an 11x17 frame that's cute? i've also found a couple of great bible verse prints in black and white that i love, which leads me to my next question...
do you think it's inappropriate to put a bible verse in a bathroom?
help. thought and ideas for this space are welcomed.

confession: i love black and white. i did my whole senior art show based on the colors black and white!
i don't think bible verses anywhere can be bad :)
love the curtain love the print.!
e and j share a bathroom ... i am this close to putting a strip down the middle and making one side princess and the other side boy stuff lol. much harder to decorate when one is a boy and one is girl :)
hope you find your new home soon! i know it has been a long process for you! god has his perfect timing in store ;)
p.s. seriously boys and bathroom and pee. gross.
this is hilarious for a couple of reasons:
i have 3 boys and i appreciate the beginning sarcasm
i have been looking for the "perfect verse" for our bathroom.....i think it's the best place to put Scripture b/c we all spend time in there!!!
