i need your help.

my mother in law gave me her old dresses from the 70's it's really heavy and chunky. really similar to the dresser below that's peacock. my thought is to paint it and use it as my tv console. the problem is i can't choose a color.

here are my thoughts

teal.

red.

 peacock. 

i keep wanting to paint it black because it's safe...

but my interior designer friend keeps telling me to be brave.

i'm not brave when it comes to color.
