tickle me tuesday: nighttime pretties

I got a sneak peek at a super fun post yesterday. you can read it HERE. it got me thinking about what i wear to bed, and if i look attractive or ahem tempting to my husband. ok don't get scared. promise this wont be a t.m.i. post. i just have to say this...

my momma always says that husbands will only be as successful at work as he is umm satisfied in the bedroom. men get their drive / ambition for the world from feeling like a man if you catch my drift. she tells me she was taught this in a class she took through crown ministries. so it must be true. mkay. my husband has been climbing up the corporate ladder. Okay I'm done.  ;-) all praise belongs to God because HE is the ultimate promoter.

for the last few hours i have been on an adventure trying to find pretties to wear to bed.( i'm not going to wear ratty sweats like bella swan) keep in mind i have tween boys so i need modest pretties.
ya heard!

here are the ones that are tickling my fancy:

Love this post.. I have a tween boy too so it's definitely about having that modest_like balance. :)

I love all of those choices as I lay in my oversized t-shirt and boxers...

I have a couple of slips from anthroplogie that are, dare I say, MORE comfy than t-shirts and sweats. It's an easy way to look sassy at night.

I'm sure I need to take your advice...my problem is I must sleep in layers... like socks, pants, tank, and even long sleeve shirts- I need to get over it right!?! Love the peach tank/shorts combo though, it may convince me to shed the layers...

You don't have to find modest things to wear to bed...just get a robe! :)

lol! I love it! A whole post on skivvies. Well, you've done a great job putting together a list of cute ones that will not freak your tweens out if they happen to see you in them. That last pic with the ruffles is purty...I'd wear it as a dress. ha. Anyway, way to go blogging about something so different and fun!
