if

i lived in home like this i'd be in heaven

neo classical architecture / homes make me melt.
actually anything that has a history makes me melt.
seeing the ancient ruins in greece made me feel like i'd died and gone to heaven.
you think i'm kidding.
i'm not.

we have a few acres of land in a mountain town close to my town that's waiting to be built on.
this house would be perfect.
we could create our own history,
and pass it down to our generations to come.

if we ever do build on it
i want some horses, chickens and maybe a lamb, a goat or a cow.
i would love to wake up in the morning and say to my boys
"hey guys it's time for you to go milk the cow"
again you think i'm kidding.
i'm not.

i also want
a vegetable garden, some grape vines, a rose garden, a potting shed and a green house.
one of my favorite movies is a
my favorite part is when they crush the grapes.
i can't think of anything i want to do more.

i tried to find the scene on you tube...they only had it in spanish.
if you want to watch the trailer go here
and if you haven't seen the movie
WATCH IT!

thanks ladies for day dreaming with me i needed it today
life has been a little crazy.

an update on my grand.
she was moved over the weekend to a rehab facility.
she does occupational therapy, speech therapy and physical therapy twice each per day.
she's getting better and  is super spunky.

the other night she was admiring a bracelet i was wearing and she said
"i hope you have two of those so you can give one to each of your daughter in laws. have the boys brought any girls home for you to meet yet?"

so i responded, "grandma! they are only 10 & 12"

to which she replied "you know what goes around comes around, so really you don't have that many years to go"

i was in shock.
yes i got pregnant and married at 18. thinking on that and how my boy will be 13 in a couple of weeks has put me in a tizzy more than in the last year. I prayed that God would keep them from finding the right girl until after college, or that if they do find the right girl they will stay pure until their wedding night...once they've finished college. i will not be a granny before i'm 40, and 40 is even too young.

quick some give me a paper bag. i'm starting to hyperventilate.
